Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 8:30am to 4:00pm
CLOSED ON WEDNESDAYS & HOLIDAYS
All applicants are required to be a resident of London, Ontario, Canada, regardless of where you are seeking employment and/or a volunteer position.
Applicants may attend the London Police Service Records Screening Unit, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. – closed on Wednesdays and holidays.
We are currently
processing Employment record checks in a minimum of 3 weeks
and Volunteer record checks in a minimum of 4 weeks.
Please do not call to check on the status as this will delay processing times.
We will call to advise when your record check is ready to be picked up.
A police record check is current as of the date it is completed. It is your
employer/prospective employer or organization’s function to determine if the
record check is current enough to be accepted for the position applied for. The
London Police Services Board, its officers, agents and employees, shall have no
responsibility or obligation to make such a determination.
Your completed record check will remain available for 6 months from the date it was completed. Any police record check not picked up by that date will be destroyed. The London Police service will not reprocess these record checks or refund any fees.
The Police Information Check (PIC) is intended for applicants who are seeking employment
and/or volunteering with agencies who require a Police Criminal Record Check (PCRC)
along with local police involvement.
It is NOT intended for applicants who are seeking volunteer and/or employment with vulnerable persons.

Check (PVSC) is restricted to applicants who are seeking employment
and/or volunteering with

This request is for individuals who are applying for a record suspension (pardon) from the R.C.M.P. [more]
This request is for individuals who are required to provide proof of or lack of a Local Criminal Record with the London Police Service. [more]
This request is for individuals who have a charge that has resulted in a disposition of: dismissed, withdrawn, acquittal, conditional discharge or absolute discharge. [more]
