Professional Standards Branch

The Professional Standards Branch is responsible for investigating public complaints under Part V of the Police Services Act. A member of the public may make a complaint about policies of or services provided by the London Police Service or about the conduct of a member of the London Police Service.

Our Goals

The goals of the Professional Standards Branch are to conduct fair, comprehensive, and consistent investigations in a timely fashion.
