Costco Collision

At 12:00pm, members of the London Police Service responded to the Costco on Wellington Road South in relation to a motor vehicle collision. A vehicle reversed into the front doors of the building injuring six people including the driver. Four people have been taken to hospital including two children. One of the children is in critical condition. The Costco is currently closed to the public. The investigation is continuing.

In relation to the motor vehicle collision at the Costco on Wellington Road South, three of the involved parties have minor injuries. A female and her two children are in hospital in critical condition. Members of the London Police Service Traffic Management Unit remain on scene to conduct investigation into the cause of the collision and will likely be there for several hours. Costco will remain closed during that time.

In relation to the collision on July 25, 2014 at 12:00 pm at the Costco on Wellington Road South three individuals remain in hospital.

An adult female is in fair condition and two children remain in critical condition.

The 6 year old child transported to hospital with life threatening injuries has died. She has been identified as Addison Hall.

An autopsy is scheduled for Monday July 28, 2014.

The Traffic Management Unit is continuing the investigation of this collision.

The investigation into the circumstances of the collision at Costco, 4314 Wellington Road South, on July 25, 2014 is ongoing.

On August 1, 2014, the infant now identified as Rhiannon Bozek, passed away. An autopsy is scheduled for August 3, 2014.

Police continue to ask that anyone who may have witnessed what transpired ‎call the London Police Service Traffic Management Unit at 519-661-5680 if they have not already spoken to police.
